What To Expect
OUR PROCESS:
We take great care to review every resume we receive to ensure that candidates have the appropriate experience as well as potential for growth. Qualified candidates who match open positions are contacted for a confidential first-round interview.
First round interview
We will discuss your experience, education, skills, training, and future goals.
Second Round Interview
Based on specific open position(s), your Integrity Workforce Solutions Professional Recruiter will contact you for a more in-depth interview to brief you on the hiring company, necessary qualifications and any other pertinent information. If you and your recruiter feel the opportunity would be a good fit, we’ll schedule an employer interview and help you prepare for it.
Debriefing
After the employer interview, you and your Recruiter will discuss the results and employer feedback. Future interviews will be coordinated as are needed.
Offer
When the match is right between an employer and candidate, your Recruiter will present you with an offer. Our business model ensures that there is never a cost or fee to the candidate, whether the offer is accepted or not.
Stay in Touch
Your Recruiter can be a valuable contact throughout your career, not just during the job search. Keep in touch, tell them about your promotions, job experiences, as well as about friends and co-workers looking for new opportunities. If you do, when you are ready to make your next career move, your recruiter will be in the best position to help you achieve your career goals.
